BOOKING & APPOINTMENT POLICIES At JB Aesthetics, your time and experience are valued. The following policies are in place to ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients. By Appointment Only All services are by appointment only. Walk-ins are not permitted. ⸻ Booking & Retainers A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your total service cost. Appointments are released 30 days in advance. While future dates may appear on the calendar, they are not available for booking or rescheduling outside of this window. ⸻ Rescheduling & Cancellations A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. * Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the retainer. * Retainers may be transferred one time only within the 30-day booking window. * If you are feeling unwell, please notify us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. ⸻ No-Show Policy Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in forfeiture of your retainer and may require full payment of future services at the time of booking. ⸻ Late Policy Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, and the retainer will be forfeited. ⸻ Payment The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment. Cash is preferred. Credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Zelle are accepted. A processing fee will be applied to non-cash payments. ⸻ Refunds & Disputes All services are final. No refunds will be issued. Any chargebacks or payment disputes will result in removal from the client list. ⸻ We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
