To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review our cancellation and appointment policies: By appointment ONLY - walk-ins are not permitted. Booking: Retainer Requirement: A non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This will be applied toward the total cost of your service. Cancellation and Rescheduling: We require 48 hrs notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty. • Late Cancellation or Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling less than 48 hours before your appointment will forfeit your retainer. Retainers can be transferred to a future appointment only once within 30 days. • Sick: if you’re feeling unwell, upon illness PLEASE notify JB immediately to reschedule your appointment. • No-Show Policy: Failure to attend your appointment will result in loss of booking privileges and will require full payment of remaining balance to the card on file. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete necessary forms and settle in. Late Arrival: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and your retainer will be forfeited. Payment: Balance Due: The remaining balance of your service(s) is due at the time of your appointment. We prefer CASH, but accept credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay and Zelle. Utilizing any payment options other than cash will have an added processing fee. Refunds & Chargebacks: No refunds under any circumstances. Any chargebacks or disputes will result in client being PERMANENTLY BANNED and legal action will follow. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
